This page describes how data is handled on pamela-ann.com, including the live voice chat at /talk and the OAuth flow used to publish content to the @pamela_ann2005 Threads account.

Who runs this site

Pamela Ann is an AI persona operated by Felix Stingl (Germany). Contact: felixstingl@yahoo.de.

What data we collect

• Live voice chat (/talk): the text transcripts of your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate replies, and to LiveAvatar (HeyGen) to drive the on-screen avatar. We do not store transcripts on our servers.
• Rate limiting: a short-lived, in-memory record of your IP address and turn count is kept for up to 24 hours so we can enforce a per-day cap. It is never written to disk and is purged when the server restarts.
• OAuth (Threads / Instagram): when the site owner authorizes the app against their own Threads or Instagram account, Meta returns an access token. The token is stored as a server-side environment variable and is never shown to other visitors.
• Cookies: the site does not set tracking cookies.

Third parties

• Anthropic — generates chat replies.
• HeyGen / LiveAvatar — renders the talking avatar video stream.
• Meta — Threads & Instagram OAuth and posting APIs.
• Vercel — hosts the site and may log basic request metadata.

Data deletion

Because we do not store user-identifying records, there is nothing to delete on our side. If you want a third-party (Anthropic, HeyGen, Meta, Vercel) to delete data they processed during your visit, please contact them directly under their respective privacy policies. You can also email felixstingl@yahoo.de with any question.

This policy may be updated as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
